Burnupena pubescens is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Buccinidae, the true whelks.[1]

The size of an adult shell varies between 40 mm and 50 mm.

Distribution

This marine species is found in South African waters along Namibia and KwaZuluNatal.
